Privacy Policy
This explains what information WealthNexus Analytics ("we") collects through this website, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific on purpose.
What we collect
If you request the free intro class: your name, email address, the optional message you write, and your IP address.
If you have a student or sample account: your name and email; your password (stored only as a one-way scrambled hash, so nobody, including us, can read it); the secret for two-step sign-in if you turn it on; and the time, IP address and browser details of your sign-ins.
When you use the replay library: which replays you open and when, and the date, IP address and browser when you accepted the terms of use.
Security records: counts of failed sign-in attempts, and a log of administrative actions (for example, inviting or removing a student).
We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Cookies and local storage
We use one strictly necessary cookie (
wn_session) to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery. Your browser's local storage remembers where you stopped in a replay, on your device only. We use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and the site's fonts and files come from our own address, so your browser does not contact outside tracking or font services.How we use it
To reply to your request and send class information; to create and run your account; to deliver replays; to protect our content (replays show your name and email as a watermark, and viewing records help us trace unauthorized sharing); to keep the site secure; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising.
Who helps us handle it
We use trusted service providers, such as website hosting and email delivery companies, to run the site. They handle information only to provide their service to us. If you choose to contact us through a messaging app, that conversation is also governed by the app's own policy.
We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, for example to enforce the terms of use.
Where your information is stored
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the site, you understand it may be handled there.
How long we keep it
- Account details: while your account is active, and until you ask us to delete it.
- Viewing and administrative logs: 24 months, then deleted automatically.
- Sign-in session records: 90 days after last use.
- Intro-class requests: 24 months, or sooner if you ask us to delete yours.
- Records of your acceptance of the terms: kept as long as needed to show what you agreed to.
- Backups: copies are kept for up to about 4 weeks, so a deletion may remain in backups until they age out.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, give you a copy, or delete it, by emailing wealthnexusanalytics@gmail.com. We will reply within 45 days. If you live in California, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right not to be treated differently for using them. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined there.
If you asked to hear about intro classes, tell us at the same address and we will stop.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, stores passwords only as salted hashes, limits who can reach administrative tools, and keeps logs to spot misuse. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and turn on two-step sign-in.
Children
The course is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced to enrolled students by email.
