License
When you enroll, WealthNexus Analytics ("we") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the course materials for your own education. You do not own them.
What you may not do
You must not: (a) share your login, link or passcode with anyone; (b) record, screen-capture, photograph, download or copy any live session, recording, slide or document; (c) share, upload, forward, sell or distribute any materials, including on Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Reddit, YouTube or file-sharing sites; or (d) use the materials to create or teach a competing course or product.
Ownership
All content is protected by U.S. copyright law and other laws, and all rights are reserved. We may submit takedown notices under the DMCA and pursue remedies for infringement.
Watermarking and monitoring
Replays display your name and email, and may carry other identifying marks. You consent to our using these, and viewing records, to trace unauthorized sharing.
Sessions are recorded
Live sessions are recorded. By attending you consent to the recording of your voice, image, name and chat messages, and to recordings being made available to enrolled students. If you do not consent, keep your camera and microphone off and do not post in chat.
Breach
If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access immediately without refund, and seek injunctive relief, damages and attorneys' fees where the law permits.
Samples
Trial or sample sessions are for your personal evaluation only and must not be shared. Access ends on the date stated.
Education only; not investment advice
This course is general, impersonal education. We are not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or is tailored to your situation. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Examples are for illustration only, and hypothetical, backtested or past results do not guarantee future results. We make no promise that you will make money.

Materials are provided "as is." To the extent the law permits, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid.
Device and access limits
Each account is for one person and may be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time. Signing in on another device signs out the oldest.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or the course will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Version 2026-10-08.
